Whether you are feeling overwhelmed or struggling within yourself, with relationships,

and with the world, Irving offers a warm, safe, and confidential space to talk, to be seen,

and to be taken seriously.

Irving believes in working together, in an open, honest, and deeply respectful way,

supporting you to find a way through whatever is happening and however you are

feeling.  This might include discovering and coming into relationship with your wounding,

conflicts, and patterns of behaviour, towards understanding, healing, and a sense of

wholeness, at your pace.  Doing so often helps you to discover your inner resources

and the capacity to make the changes you need to create a more authentic life, aligned with your own sense of self.

Irving is an MBACP Registered Integrative Counsellor, drawing on a variety of

approaches, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (Level 7).

His creative methods include drawing, journaling, chair work, somatic and body work, dream

work, visualisations, and more.

Psychosynthesis is an experiential, depth psychotherapy

that includes the whole person - mind, body, feelings, and context.  It can be deeply
