V is highly experienced in supporting those navigating big life transitions - whether moving countries or careers, choosing whether to stay or leave a relationship or dealing with life following a significant bereavement. She understands the range of challenges these life events can bring with them and offers a very safe, non-judgemental space in which you can explore options for your future. She also works heavily with those struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem or body image, or generally not feeling good enough for the life they'd like to live.
Verka's approach is client-led - she is committed to supporting you and always respectful of your wishes and decisions. V's sessions help you to feel empowered and more able to live your life as feels authentic to you. She works to improve your confidence and resilience so you are better equipped to handle any future obstacles that may come your way.
