Supporting children, adolescents and adults with compassion, curiosity and calm.

Eliza is an integrative psychotherapist who works with children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image concerns, grief, trauma, and relational or family difficulties. She understands how overwhelming these challenges can feel—particularly during life stages where identity, independence, and self-confidence are vulnerable or still developing.
Trained in Australia, Eliza brings a grounded, open and down-to-earth approach to her work. Her background has shaped a warm, direct style of therapy that helps clients feel comfortable, understood and supported without pressure. She values collaboration and authenticity, encouraging clients to express themselves freely and to move at a pace that feels safe.

Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) alongside person-centred and psychodynamic approaches, Eliza adapts therapy to the unique needs and pace of each individual. This allows her to support clients in better understanding both the roots of their difficulties and the practical steps that can help them feel more grounded in the day-to-day.

Eliza offers a calm, steady and empathetic space where clients can express themselves freely and without judgment. She supports individuals to explore their emotions, recognise patterns in their relationships, and gain insight into the beliefs that influence how they see themselves and others.
Over time, clients often report feeling more self-accepting, emotionally resilient and able to make important decisions in their lives.

She works on both a short-term or long-term basis according to her client's needs and wants for therapy. She can provide focused support around specific challenges or goals, or an open space for those wishing to deepen their self-understanding and personal growth at a more reflective pace.
Eliza is particularly skilled at working with those who may feel misunderstood, stuck, or unsure how to talk about what they’re going through. She brings patience, warmth and clarity to the therapeutic process, helping clients feel genuinely supported and understood.
