Warm, culturally attuned, and collaborative; supporting children, adolescents and adults.

Morgan is a compassionate clinical psychologist and psychotherapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults, providing a safe, supportive space to explore life’s challenges. She primarily supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, eating disorders, stress, or managing chronic health conditions. Morgan combines warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based strategies to help clients understand their experiences, develop coping skills, and build resilience.

Morgan draws on an integrative approach, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring therapy to the individual’s needs. Morgan balances practical tools and strategies with relational support, helping clients navigate current challenges while exploring the broader influences of past experiences, identity, and cultural context.

Morgan has worked in a variety of clinical settings across Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the UK, including NHS, community mental health, and inpatient/outpatient services. Her lived experience across cultures informs her sensitive, culturally responsive practice and deep understanding of how migration, identity, and cultural factors can shape mental health and resilience.

She is particularly passionate about early intervention and enjoys supporting children and adolescents in building emotional resources, self-understanding, and resilience at a crucial stage of development. She also has experience supporting neurodivergent children and strives to create affirming spaces that celebrate differences and individual strengths.

Morgan has a strong interest in the mind-body connection and supporting those managing chronic health conditions, understanding how emotional and physical wellbeing interact and impact day-to-day life. She works collaboratively with clients to explore these interactions, fostering coping, self-awareness, and authentic living.

Clients describe Morgan as warm, curious, and highly attuned, creating a safe environment where they feel heard and supported. She helps individuals reconnect with themselves, navigate challenges, and create meaningful, authentic lives. Sessions are available in person and online.
