Achieving Balance: The Wheel Of Life is a powerful tool that can help you to find and work towards achieving the perfect balance between all of the different areas of your life. This tool encourages you to reflect and analyse your current circumstances in a meaningful way.

By scoring each aspect of daily life on a scale from one to ten, this tool provides a tangible insight into the complexity of your life and allows you to measure how balanced you are across eight different important life factors. It provides a visual representation of where you may need to be mindful of self-development and self-care, or perhaps more importantly, where you can take time out to create connection and grounding. You can then begin to develop achievable goals and dedicate time to creating positive changes.

With this worksheet, you can take control of your life and ensure that you are actively working towards self-development and better mental health.

The wheel of life is a powerful tool for self-development or can be completed prior to meeting with a therapist, coach or counsellor. It is a very useful tool to take the first steps towards creating balance, understanding and clarity in your daily life.
