Roksana was trained in Relational Transactional Analysis, a modality that therapeutically

explores an individual’s personality and how this has been shaped by their experiences,

particularly those in childhood.

She works flexibly and creatively in a soulful and companionate way, emphasising a spirit

of mutuality, where the relationship between you as a client and she as a psychotherapist

is at the heart of the work.

Roksana believes that the mind is so powerful that it can keep us trapped in unhealthy

patterns that affect our relationships and how we view ourselves and others.

She has a personal interest in working with people from multicultural backgrounds and

with transgenerational trauma and reflecting on it from personal growth. She is passionate

about assisting others in discovering their potential and new possibilities.
