As an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor, Carly has worked extensively within the public, private and corporate sectors. She's worked in the NHS, for The Priory, and now consults for HCA (consulting weekly within Google and Morgan Stanley) alongside running Vitus Wellbeing and consulting privately.

Sophie is an experienced psychotherapist with specialist expertise in working with adults and couples. 

 

She is especially passionate about working with attachment and relational issues, as well as addressing unhealthy or maladaptive behaviours and managing difficult or overwhelming emotions.

Jayne Kelly Registered Psychotherapist providing therapy services for adults, teens and adolescents

Jayne is an incredibly warm and open therapist. She uses an integrative approach with her clients. She works in the here and now, with the difficulties they face from one day to the next, but she is also highly skilled in exploring and addressing past experiences and how they may be shaping a client's behaviours, decisions and drivers today.

Arden is a BACP-accredited psychotherapist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. What can I expect in my first therapy session?
​

The first therapy session is called an ‘initial assessment’. The initial assessment provides an opportunity for you to meet your therapist and to ‘get a feel’ for them – to see if you feel comfortable talking to them.

​

Your therapist will ask you a number of questions in this first session as they build a picture of your life and learn what it's like to be you – they'll seek to understand what it is you’re struggling with and how you might like your life to be different, and then suggest the type of support you might benefit from.

​

Your therapist will ask about things that make the problem better or worse and how your daily life is impacted.

​

Towards the end of the first session, your therapist will advise whether they believe you would be a ‘good fit’ to work together. If so, they will recommend the type of therapy they believe would be best suited to your needs.
